Shipping Destinations, Times & Charges
Most in-stock items will ship within 24 hours of ordering. Some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays.
Please note that the order amount at checkout excludes duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or back-ordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.
At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted in your Order Confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. Standard shipping orders can take up to 72 hours to process.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Multiple tracking information may be received depending on the number of items purchased.
We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and/or other available services. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
Restricted Items
Due to size and customs restrictions, some items are not available for shipment outside the US. While you may wish to purchase items available on our US site, you will be asked to remove these items from your basket if the destination country/region does not permit the import of that item. You may also be asked to remove items from your basket that are low in inventory and cannot be guaranteed for shipment.
Shipping restrictions prevent us from being able to ship select beauty products outside of the US.
Cancellations
Once we receive your order, we begin processing it immediately. While you cannot make changes after placing your order, you do have a brief window to cancel it, as long as none of the items have started processing. Please note that canceling your order will result in the cancellation of the entire order. If you do not see the “Cancel Order” option in your order details, it means we are no longer able to process your cancellation. After you receive your order, you can return or exchange any eligible items.
Once your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a cancellation email to the email address listed on the order. You will not be charged for any canceled merchandise.
