Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted (excluding "final sale" or "as-is" items, gift cards (except where required by law), and gift boxes) within 14 days of the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason.

How to start a return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@tearoseshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You may also send the merchandise back to us using your own shipping method if previously approved by our staff. 

Returning your items with a pre-paid shipping label 

Affix the prepaid return shipping label that we provided, along with your invoice, to your package and drop it off at any USPS location (counter service or drop-off bins located inside the postal service building). If you don't have a prepaid return shipping label, wait for specific instructions to be sent to you via email.  
Please note that when we receive your return, we'll deduct the pre-calculated postage amount from your refund for shipping fees. If you prefer to use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), intimate items (underwear and beach/swim pieces), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Processing your refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date we receive your item to process your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment, except that merchandise credit may be given for gift receipt returns. Customer Service. Shipping and handling charges on your purchase, if any, are non-refundable.
